個人も法人も、許可・連絡なしで、配信・動画投稿・収益化ができます。Anyone, individuals and companies alike, may stream, post videos and monetize without permission or notice.

Renban Games のゲームは、すべて、個人・法人を問わず（VTuber 事務所とその所属タレント、配信者事務所、MCN、メディアを含む）、許可や連絡なしで、配信・動画投稿・切り抜き・ショート動画の投稿ができます。
このガイドラインは、Renban Games が正式に公開・配布するゲーム、体験版、公開テスト版に適用します。これから出す作品にも、私たちが認めた配布先（このサイト、itch.io、ゲームサイト、ストアなど）の版にも、同じように適用します。
してよいこと You may
- 広告収入、投げ銭、メンバーシップ、有料会員限定の配信・動画を含めて、収益化してかまいません（YouTube パートナープログラム、メンバーシップ、スーパーチャット、Twitch のサブスクリプションやビッツなど）。私たちへの使用料や収益の分配は要りません。各サービスの収益化の条件は、別に適用されます。
- スポンサー付きの配信、他社の広告・タイアップ案件でも使えます。これも個別の許可や連絡は要りません。
- ネタバレの制限はありません。最初から最後まで配信してかまいません。
- ゲームを遊ぶ配信・動画には、ゲーム内で流れる音楽と効果音も、そのまま入れられます。

- 動画・配信のタイトルかタグに、ゲームの日本語名または英語名を入れてください。
- 概要欄にゲームの URL を入れていただけると嬉しいです。
- 著作権表記が必要なときは「© (発売年) Renban Games」と書いてください（例: © 2026 Renban Games）。
- 企業案件・タイアップで使うときは、概要をお知らせいただけると嬉しいです。これも任意で、返信を待つ必要はありません。
禁止 Not allowed
- 誹謗中傷、脅迫、嫌がらせ（ふつうの批評や否定的な感想は、もちろんかまいません）
- 法令に違反する使い方、公序良俗に反する使い方、他人の権利を侵害する使い方
- Renban Games の公式（公式の発表・制作・協賛）であると誤解させる表現
- ゲーム本体・ゲームデータ・ゲームから取り出した素材の販売や再配布（改造の有無や、有料・無料を問いません。私たちが別に認めた場合と、このガイドラインで認める動画・切り抜きは除きます）
書面での許諾と、お問い合わせ Written permission & contact
- このページが、私たちからの事前の許諾です。別の書面を条件にはしていません。
- 社内の手続きで確認書が必要な場合は、renbangames@gmail.com へご連絡ください。お問い合わせは順に確認しますが、返信の時期や確認書の発行はお約束できません。このガイドラインで認めている使い方は、返信を待たずに始めてかまいません。
このガイドラインについて About this policy
- このガイドラインを変えても、変える前の条件に従って公開された動画と配信アーカイブは、公開時点のガイドラインのまま公開を続けられます。方針を変えたことだけを理由に、削除や収益化の停止を求めることはしません。
- 特定のゲームや版に追加の条件を設けるときは、その版を公開・配布する前に、このページとそのゲームのページに書きます。書いていなければ、このガイドラインがそのまま適用されます。
- このガイドラインは、私たちが許諾できる権利についての許諾です。ほかの配信者の映像や声、あとから加えた音楽や MOD など、第三者の権利までは許諾しません。
- ゲームから音楽や効果音を取り出して、ゲームと関係のない用途に使うことは、このガイドラインの対象外です（素材ごとのライセンスで認められている使い方は妨げません）。
- 日本語版と英語版は、同じ意味になるように管理します。意味が食い違うときは日本語版を基準とし、英語版を直します。

Anyone, individuals and companies alike (including VTuber agencies and their talents, talent agencies, MCNs and media), may stream, upload videos of, clip, and post short videos of any Renban Games title without asking or notifying us.
This policy applies to games, demos and public test builds officially released or distributed by Renban Games. It applies equally to future titles and to versions supplied through channels we have authorized (this site, itch.io, game portals, stores and so on).
You may
- Monetize, including through advertising, donations, memberships and paid members-only streams or videos (such as the YouTube Partner Program, memberships, Super Chat, and Twitch subscriptions and Bits). No licensing fee or revenue share is payable to us. Each platform’s own monetization requirements still apply.
- Use our games in sponsored streams and in third-party sponsorships or tie-ins. This also needs no individual permission or notice.
- Play to the end. There are no spoiler restrictions.
- Include the music and sound effects played in the game in your gameplay streams and videos.
Please (optional)
- Include the game’s English or Japanese title in your video or stream title, or in its tags.
- A link to the game in the description is appreciated.
- If you need a copyright notice, use “© (year of release) Renban Games” (for example, © 2026 Renban Games).
- If you use a game in sponsored content or a tie-in, we would appreciate a short note about it. This is optional too, and you do not need to wait for a reply.
Not allowed
- Defamation, threats or harassment (ordinary criticism and negative reviews are of course fine)
- Unlawful use, content that violates public order and morals, or infringement of others’ rights
- Implying that your content is official (an official announcement, production or sponsorship by Renban Games)
- Selling or redistributing the game, game data or assets extracted from the game, whether modified or not and whether paid or free (except where we have separately authorized it, and except for videos and clips permitted by this policy)
Written permission & contact
- This page is our advance permission. We do not require a separate written agreement.
- If your internal procedures require a confirmation document, contact renbangames@gmail.com. We review inquiries as we can, but we cannot guarantee a response time or a confirmation document. Uses permitted by this policy may begin without waiting for a reply.
About this policy
- If this policy changes, videos and stream archives published in line with the policy then in effect may remain available under that version. We will not ask for removal or demonetization solely because we changed our policy.
- If a specific title or version ever needs additional conditions, we will post them on this page and on that game’s page before that version is released or distributed. If nothing is posted, this policy applies as is.
- This policy grants permission only for rights we are able to license. It does not grant rights in other creators’ footage or voices, added music, mods or other third-party content.
- Extracting music or sound effects from a game for uses unrelated to the game is not covered by this policy (uses allowed by an asset’s own license are unaffected).
- We maintain the Japanese and English versions so that they mean the same thing. If their meanings differ, the Japanese version governs and we will correct the English version.
